How should I choose the equipment and configurations?
Asphalt distributor

You can choose chassis from HOWO or SHACMAN brands, and we offer 5/10/14m³ aggregate hoppers for selection. As for the chip spreading component, we provide two options: the high compatibility sliding plate type and the more uniform spiral distribution box type.
Micro-surfacing & slurry seal machine
You can choose chassis from SHACMAN or HOWO brands. We offer hoppers in 6m³, 10m³, and 12m³ for selection, and the paving boxes are available in widths ranging from 1.5m to 4.6m, including both mechanical splicing type and hydraulic telescopic type.

Chipping spreader
There are two types of chip spreaders: Tailgate-hitched type and wheel-hitch type, both designed for use with dump trucks, with a maximum spreading width of up to 3.5 meters. The tailgate-hitched type is hydraulically driven, making it easy to install and use. The wheel-hitch type uses the truck’s wheels to drive the spreading roller, enabling continuous spreading.
Slip form concrete paver
With a paving width ranging from 3 to 8 meters and a maximum paving thickness of 45 cm. The running gear of our pavers adopts a dual-track design. We provide modules with widths from 10 cm to 50 cm. You only need to inform us of your common paving width — we can preset it and configure the matching modules before factory delivery.

2 Normally, we require 30% down payment at the time of order and 70% before shipment.

How do you control the manufacturing quality of the equipment?
1 Dedicated QC Team
We have an in-house QC team of certified professionals. Trained for full-lifecycle supervision—from raw material inbound checks to finished product testing—they ensure alignment with ISO 9001 process control and risk prevention rules.
2 Full-Process & Pre-Shipment Inspection
Per our ISO 9001-certified quality plan, every order goes through three key checks:
Inbound: Raw materials (e.g., paver steel, hydraulic parts) are tested, with records archived for traceability;
In-process: Key steps (e.g., paver frame welding) are sampled to block non-conforming products;
Pre-shipment: Finished products undergo performance/visual tests, with an ISO-compliant Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) report provided to customers.
3 Third-Party Inspection Support
If customers cover costs, we cooperate with third-party agencies (e.g., SGS, BV) for independent checks. We provide site access, inspection records, and specs (per ISO 9001 transparency rules). Final results guide acceptance, subject to pre-agreed written inspection scope/standards.

3 Rapid Service Response: 4H emergency response (business days) for urgent issues, 8H professional diagnosis with actionable repair plans, 48H parts delivery for efficient repairs., 3-days full resolution on complaints to ensure closure.
4 Under the premises of customer pay for air tickets and accommodations, we can supply 5-10 working days training and testing for Chip sealer, intelligent asphalt distributor and Micro-surfacing. (Labor charge free). The Extra labor charge is USD150 per day.
