Construction Cases
This truck-mounted asphalt batching plant is being used in Sudan for post-war road reconstruction. This patch vehicle resembles an asphalt mixing plant in structure. A lifting bucket rapidly loads aggregate, a drying drum heats the aggregate, and a dual-shaft mixing chamber mixes it with asphalt. The mixture production capacity is 20T/H, which is suitable for large-scale road repair projects in Sudan.
Usage Scenarios
Pothole repair: For potholes of various sizes formed on the road surface due to rain erosion and vehicle traffic, the process involves milling, heating the old materials, adding asphalt, and re-compacting to quickly restore the road surface’s smoothness.
Thin overlay: After heating the road surface, a thin layer of recycled asphalt mixture (typically 1-3 centimeters) is spread to enhance the road’s skid resistance and smoothness, and to seal surface cracks.

Capacity and Efficiency
Asphalt Decanting System:The unit features an integrated asphalt decanting system with 8 drums at one time and a storage capacity of 4.5 cubic meters.
Aggregate Loading System:The aggregate loading adopts the “Bucket elevators” system, with Bobcat skid loader. The loading speed can be up to 2 tons per minute.
Heating Drum Design:The heating drum is made of wear-resistant steel, with a maximum mixing volume up to 4 cubic meters.
Mixing & Discharging System:It adopts powerful double-shaft mixing system and quick-opening discharging system. The output is 1 ton each time.
