Construction Cases
In SINOLOA, Mexico, emulsified asphalt equipment is produced systematically. The process involves heating asphalt to 150°C-160°C for optimal fluidity, then precisely conveying it via an asphalt pump. Simultaneously, emulsifiers and water are blended in specific ratios within a preparation tank, heated to 55°C-65°C, and delivered by an emulsion proportioning pump to a premixer. In the premixer, asphalt and emulsifier solution undergo initial mixing before entering the critical colloid mill. The colloid mill uses high-speed grinding and shearing to disperse asphalt into fine particles uniformly within the emulsion, producing the final emulsified asphalt.

Usage Scenarios
Emulsified Asphalt Equipment: Blends molten asphalt (150-160°C) with emulsifier solution (55-65°C), then shears in a colloid mill to form stable emulsions. Enables energy-efficient, ambient-temperature applications for bonding and sealing layers.
Modified Asphalt Equipment: Shears additives (SBS/SBR) into base asphalt, enhancing temperature stability and rut resistance. Ideal for durable, high-performance pavement surfaces.
Intelligent Control Technology
Intelligent Control System: The equipment features a PLC-based automation system with touchscreen interface for fully automated production control.
Emulsified Asphalt Production: The system automatically controls asphalt/emulsion/additive ratios in real-time to ensure consistent quality. High-Performance Colloid Mill
Featuring a direct-drive high-power motor and specially treated stainless steel internal-tooth stator/rotor, the colloid mill delivers intense mixing, shearing, and grinding. It refines asphalt particles to 2-5μm, producing emulsion asphalt with superior stability (no delamination), enhanced adhesion, and durability for demanding road projects.
Efficient Heating & Insulation System
An intelligent temperature control system ensures precise regulation. All asphalt pipelines are equipped with insulation jackets and trace heating, minimizing heat loss and guaranteeing stable production in low-temperature environments.
