Usage Scenarios
Barrel Heating (Ø50-65cm): Dual heat system (oil + flue gas) ensures efficient melting. Circulating oil provides stable heat; flue gas recovery enables uniform heating to ~160°C for liquefaction.
Ton Bag Processing: Dedicated bag-breaker unlocks bulk material. Controlled heating then brings asphalt to pumpable 160°C liquid state.
Combined Benefit: This dual-mode design handles varied packaging while guaranteeing uniform temperature and stable flow for downstream processes.
