Founder’s story
Forging Roads with Craftsmanship, Leading the industry with Innovation
Mr. Fu’s bond with road construction machinery began during his college years at Chang’an University in the 1980s. Known as the “cradle of China’s road technology”. After graduation, he joined Dongfeng Motor Group, where he spent years immersed in researching vehicle structure and safety technologies, laying a solid foundation in engineering practice.
In the 1990s, Mr. Fu went to Nissan Diesel in Japan for further study. He deeply absorbed the essence of the Japanese “craftsmanship spirit” and integrated the concept of rigorousness and precision into his technical understanding. Entering the 21st century, he unleashed his accumulated expertise, leading R&D efforts that resulted in multiple patents for asphalt distributor and road construction machinery, driving technological upgrading in the industry.
After 2010, Mr. Fu led his team to break through technical barriers and created the MAX60, the world’s fastest road sweeper, making IKOM a global leader in this innovation. Since the 2020s, he has returned to his original aspiration and focused on craftsmanship, continuing to inject lasting vitality into the road construction equipment.
